Alison Crofton, currently chief property office, has been appointed regional delivery officer.
Alongside the national technical capacity and coordination hub, Alison will be tasked with overseeing delivery across the agency’s five regions.
Meanwhile, deputy chief risk officer Paul Murphy is being promoted to chief risk officer.
Both promotions will take effect from 1st March, with Homes England also set to appoint a new chief financial officer before April.
Alison has been with Homes England since 2020 and leads the land and development directorate.

She sits on the boards of the English Cities Fund and the Future Homes Hub.
Before joining Homes England in 2019, Paul spent 27 years in the banking industry and began his career with the Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.
